Being accountable for sharing data with a person who uses it to watch movies

I am currently sharing my mobile data supply with my friend who often uses the data to watch movies. Am I thus assisting in sin? Will I be accountable for all that he watches?

Yes, you will be accountable for aiding him in sin.
