Forgetting to perform saee on the 10th of Zul Hijjah in hajj
Question
If someone forgot to perform Saee on 10th Zul Hijjah, he performed all other Hajj Pillars and left Makkah. He came to know later about his mistake. Will his Hajj be invalid? What he should do now to amend his mistake and make his Hajj valid?
Answer
He should discharge a damm on behalf of the saee which was missed. A damm is to slaughter a goat or sheep in the precincts of the haram and thereafter distribute the meat among the poor.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
