Question

I lent some money to my cousin a few months ago. If he takes an interest based loan from the bank to return my money. Am I allowed to take my money back from such arrangements. I did not ask or force him to take a loan/Riba to return my money. Just asking him to return my money back as the agreement date is nearing.

Answer

What you take is right, but it is haraam for him to take a loan on interest.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
