Claiming to be a partner in a partnership after withdrawing one's investment amount
Question
If a person invested some money in a retail business and then within a period of between 3 to 6 months insists on his investment being returned, can he still be regarded as a partner in the business a few years on?
Answer
When he asked for his investment to be returned then that requires that he has ended the partnership. And when he has ended the partnership then how can the partnership continue.
