Using the words separate, separation or separated in divorce
Question
I want to know separate or separation or separated those word are sareeh or kinaya?
Answer
These are kinaaya words and talaaq will only take place if the husband intends a divorce through these words.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
