Non-Muslim donating money towards a masjid project

If the non-Muslim wishes to donate the money to the musjid as an act of goodness and does not attach any conditions to his donation, nor is it known that the money is acquired through theft, fraud, etc. and there is no fear of the money being given for any wrong motive, then it is permissible for the musjid organisation to accept the money.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
