Referring to an aamil to find out if someone has sihr on them
Question
Is it permissible to contact an aamil to find out if someone has sihr or magic on them?
Answer
It is permissible if the person one is referring to is a pious, righteous aamil who understands the laws of shariah and who follows the sunnah in all departments of his life.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
