Is one's cousin a mahram?
Question
I have a sister who is the daughter of my fathers brother and mother's sister, my question is that is she a mahram for me?
Answer
She is your cousin with whom you can marry. Hence, she is not your mahram.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
