Using vaseline petroleum jelly
Question
Are these halaal?
Mineral oil, Paraffin, microcrystalline wax, tocopheryl acetate, fragrance.
They are the ingredients of vaseline petroleum jelly skin protection. I searched them and mustakshif app said its haraam. I have a little amount of this on my shirt and phone because it was on my hands.
Answer
If it does not contain any impermissible or impure ingredient, then it is halaal to use for external purposes.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
