Butcher charging the customer for the tray and plastic when weighing the meat
Question
I own a butcher shop. When we weigh the meat, we weigh it with the plastic and the tray, and we charge him accordingly. Is this fine?
Answer
If the customer knows that he is being charged the total price for the weight of the meat as well as the tray, then it is permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
