Renewing a lease contract for a gambling outlet
Question
If I'm in charge of property and among about 50 shops I have to do renewal of leases. One shop is a gambling shop. Is it permissible for me to sign up or redraft a renewal lease?
Answer
You should avoid doing the lease for such a tenant.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
