Onine nikaah
Question
Online Nikaah mein agr larka khud apna nikaah parha rha ho aur larke k paas 2 gawah mojood hon aur larki call pe larke ko apna wakeel bna le larka apni traf se or dulhan ki traf se qabool kre to kia ye nikaah hojayega? Ya phir wakeel alag se hona lazmi hai?
Answer
Is tarah nikaah parhaane se nikaah nahi huwa. Nikaah ke durust hone ke liye duroori he ke larka, larki ( ya us ka wakeel) aur do aaqil, baaligh musalamaan gawaah eik hee majlis me mawjood ho.
