Can a hernia patient wear underwear in ihraam?
Answer
It is not permissible for a male in the state of ihraam to wear sewn clothing. Hence, he should refrain from wearing underwear in the state of ihraam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
