Question
What are the share percentages if the heirs are a wife, daughter, son?
Answer
The wife will inherit one eighth of the estate and the remainder of the estate will be inherited by the one son and the one daughter. The son's share will be double of the daughter's share.
The estate will be divided into 24 equal shares and distributed as follows:
The son will receive 14 shares
The daughter will receive 7 shares
The wife will receive 3 shares
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
