Showing disrespect to the Quraan Majeed
Question
Is reading and reciting from the mushaf but intentionally making the mushaf najis an act of kufr? Would such a person still receive the reward of reading the mushaf?
Answer
If a person puts impurity on the Quraan Majeed intentionally, then through showing such disrespect and disregard for the Quraan Majeed, he will come out of the fold of Islam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
