Husband financially responsible for wife's stay at her father's house if he gave permission
Question
I wanted to find out if I go to my father's house for holiday, is my husband still financially responsible for me during my stay there or is it my father's duty?
Answer
If your husband gave you permission to go, then he is still financially responsible for you.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
