Rent to own on vehicles
Question
Is it permissible to acquire a rent to own car from a dealership?
Answer
If the ijaarah contract conforms to Shariah and there are no impermissible clauses or elements in the contract, then it will be permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
