Distancing oneself from the banks and things associated with it
Question
I avoid using credit cards as much as possible. I repent after using ATM or bank services.
I also avoid cash back, discounts and facilities offered to the credit or debit cards holders like using airport lounges, shopping from certain stores with discount. Are my actions correct?
Answer
Yes. All these things are associated with riba (interest). Through avoiding them, you are safeguarding your imaan and deen from destruction.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
