Renegotiating a business deal
Question
Is it permissible to renegotiate a business deal that one had previously agreed to but had not considered the consequences thoroughly?
Answer
The way to go about it is that both must agree to mutually cancel the first agreement and then re-negotiate.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
