Finding gold coins in a newly purchased house
Question
A person purchased a house 2 years ago from an estate agent. While renovating it, now he came upon a hidden safe containing some gold coins. Is he entitled to it or not?
Answer
The gold coins should be returned to the previous owner.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
