Reciting other duas in the Qunoot of witr
Question
In Mabsoot and Sharhu Mukhtasarul Kharkhy, it comes that qunoot of witr is not a specified dua but it should be as long as Surah Taariq. One Aalim says that if you are in a rush, you can just read rabbana aatina dua, so is this correct? Is it being as long as Suraah Taariq waajib?

What they mean by not specified, in other words, is that it is not compulsory though it is preferable. When there is so much of ta`aamul on the original dua then it will not be appropriate to move away from such a practice.
