Couple remarrying in the iddat period after talaaq-e-baain
Question
If one talaaq takes place and it is talaaq e bain and the first talaaq, can the same couple remarry in the iddat period?Is marrying of the same couple during iddat allowed, in Hanafi fiqh?
Answer
Yes, it is permissible for them to remarry in the iddat period with a new mahr.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
