Wearing an adult diaper in ihraam

I am a 21 year old male who consistently suffers from urinary incontinence. I usually place a piece of tissue in my underwear after urinating just incase some urine drops may come out.

I plan on one day going for umrah but I am afraid that my condition may cause difficulties especially if I should need to use the toilet whilst in ihraam. How can I possibly solve this issue as a whole?

I have also read from a previous post that it is permissible to place a bag or wear adult diapers under the ihraam, in such a case does the diaper have to be without any stitching or sewing and how would one secure a bag to ensure it doesn’t fall out?
