Wearing jerseys of football teams with crosses
Question
Does wearing jerseys of football teams when playing football with crosses like Portugal, Brazil, AC Milan, Barcelona, England or any other team etc. considered kufr or just sinful?
Answer
As far as possible, avoid any resemblance with the enemies of Allah Ta`ala. Allah Ta`ala has declared them as najas - impure and napaak.
It is impermissible to wear such jerseys. It is compulsory to remove those crosses entirely.
Definitely a person who likes those symbols will not remain in Islam for him having a deep attachment to kuffaar symbols.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
