Qurbaani of a person who passed away before the sunset of the 12th
Question
If a person upon whom qurbaani was waajib passes away about a hour before sunset on the 12th. Was that qurbani waajib upon him and does he have to leave a wasiyyat if he had not as yet fulfilled it?
Answer
Qurbaani will not be waajib upon him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
