Question
If my husband passes away what is the inherentence?
If I pass away what is the inherentence?
We have two minor sons (5 and 2). Husband has a father. I have both my parents.
Another situation: Husband passes away, has a wife, daughter and a father what is the inherentence?
Answer
His father receives 1/6, the wife will receive 1/8 and the remainder goes to the two sons equally.
Both the parents get 1/6 each, the husband will receive ¼ and the remainder goes to both the sons equally.
The wife receives 1/8, the daughter receives ½ and the father receives the remainder.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
