Question
In a Hadith it says رب مبلغ ارعي من سامع . What does it mean?
Answer
Some person’s ability to understand concepts is greater than others, or others may have learnt the wording but they cannot grasp the concepts completely.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
