Question

If one was nepak, had relations and did not make ghusal yet, is he allowed to make zikr?

Answer

Making zikr (remembering Allah Ta'ala) is permissible in all conditions. However it is not permissible for one to recite the Qur'an when one is in the state of janaabat.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
