Joking with friends and family
Question
Is joking with friends and family allowed? If yes please explain to us to what extent and with what type of relatives can we joke?
Answer
Joking is permissible provided one does not humiliate any person, nor cause pain to him. Similarly, in joking one should refrain from lies and deception.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
