Taking back a conditional divorce
Question
If a man in anger said to his wife that if you commit something, it will be equivalent to 3 divorce. Then when his anger subsides he takes his words
back but latter if the wife committed so, would divorce occur or not as the husband has taken his condition back?
Answer
These are words that he cannot take back. Usually, these words are taken in a general sense. When it is general it is meant for all times and when it is meant for all times it cannot be revoked.
