Reciting Bismillah in Salaah
Question
When I perform Salaah alone, should I recite Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem before Surah Fatiha in every rakaat of Salaah? Also, should I recite Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem after saying Aameen and before I start another Surah?

( سمى ) غير المؤتم بلفظ البسلمة لا مطلق الذكر كما في ذبيحة ووضوء ( سرا في ) أول ( كل ركعة ) ولو جهرية ( لا ) تسن ( بين الفاتحة والسورة مطلقا ) ولو سرية ولا تكره اتفاقا (الدر المختار 1/ 490)
قال الشامي : قوله ( لا تسن ) مقتضى كلام المتن أن يقال لا يسمى لكنه عدل عنه لإبهامه الكراهة بخلاف نفي السنية ثم إن هذا قولهما وصححه في البدائع وقال محمد تسن إن خافت لا إن جهر بحر (رد المحتار 1/ 490)
