Making nikaah on the day of Aashura
Question
What is the significance of performing nikaah on the day of Aashura? Is there any special virtue in this?
Answer
There is no special significance for performing nikaah on the day of Aashura. The Hadith teaches us that when a suitable match is found, the nikaah should be performed immediately and should not be delayed.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
