Trimming Hair and Clipping Nails While Fasting

What is the ruling about trimming ones hair and moustache and clipping of one’s nails whilst fasting? Is it permissible?

Yes. It is permissible.

(هو ) لغة ( إمساك عن المفطرات ) الآتية ( حقيقة أو حكما ) كمن أكل ناسيا فإنه ممسك حكما ( في وقت مخصوص ) وهو اليوم ( من شخص مخصوص ) ... ( مع النية ) إلخ
و في رد المحتار: قوله ( وهو اليوم ) أي اليوم الشرعي من طلوع الفجر إلى الغروب (رد المحتار 2/371)
