Performing Salaah facing the wrong direction
Question
I have prayed the Zuhr prayer today. But realised only after Esha prayer that my qiblah direction was incorrect. Do I repeat the salaah?
Answer
It was your duty to find out the direction of the qiblah. If you did not take the trouble to find out and perform the namaaz then you should repeat the namaaz.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
