Suspending the talaaq upon any action

Question

Will the talaaq take place if my husband suspends the talaaq upon any action that he does? For example, he says, "If I do a certain action, then my wife is divorced", then if he does that particular action, will the talaaq take place?

Similarly, what is the Shar'ee ruling if my husband suspends the talaaq upon any action that I do? For example, he says, "If you do a certain action, you will be divorced". Through me doing that particular action, will the talaaq take place?

If your husband suspended the talaaq upon any particular action that he performs, then upon him carrying out that specified action, the talaaq will take place. For example, he says, "I will never speak to a certain person. If I do speak to that person, then my wife is divorced." If he speaks to that person in the future, the talaaq will take place.

Similarly, if your husband suspended the talaaq upon any action which you perform, the talaaq will take place at the time you do the action. For example, he says, "If you go to your friend's house, then you will be divorced." At the time you go to your friend's house, the talaaq will take place.
