Being unable to fulfil the kaffarah of breaking an oath
Question
If a person breaks a qasm and can not fulfil any of the kaffarahs, he is poor and sickly to fast. What should be done?
Answer
He should fulfil the kafarah when he is able to do so.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
