The sequence of the Qur’aan Shareef
Question
I heard the first verse of the Quran shareef revealed is iqra, and now the quran is starting with Al Fatheha. Why was the Quran shareef compiled in this manner?
Answer
Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) had explained to the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) the sequence of the Qur’aan Shareef.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
