Removing the hair from the back passage
Question
Removing hair from the back passage is very difficult, as i cannot see. At times najaasat gets stuck to the hair since it is long in that area. How can I cut it easily?
Answer
It is compulsory to remove the hair around the anal passage. This can be done through shaving or using certain hair removing creams.

والعانة الشعر القريب من فرج الرجل والمرأة ومثلها شعر الدبر بل هو أولى بالإزالة لئلا يتعلق به شيء من الخارج عند الاستنجاء بالحجر (الشامية 2/481)
العانة هي الشعر الذي فوق الذكر وحواليه وحوالي فرجها ويستحب إزالة شعر الدبر خوفا من أن يعلق به شيء من النجاسة الخارجة فلا يتمكن من إزالته بالاستجمار (حاشية الطحطاوى ص527)
