Telling one's wife "Leave my house and go to your father's house"
Question
I told my wife to leave my house and go to her fathers house. Do you take that as a talak. It's been a week and my father inlaw does not want my wife to come home and she wants to come home. What do I do?
Answer
If you did not issue a talaak, then your wife is still in your nikaah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
