Qimaar owr juwa
Question
Meri ek friend boli ke is baar match mai India nahi Pakistan jitegi but maine bola nahi India jitegi than she said if India will win, she will give me 100 Rs. But if Pakistan win then I have to give her 100 Rs. So,Kya Islam mai is tarha ki Shart lagana allowed Hai?

Ye qimaar owr juwa he owr Islam me juwa haraam he.
