Alcohol being impure
Question
I have been reading online but there are different views. Some scholars say that alcohol is haram to consume but it is not impure in literal sense and not impure to touch. Similarly some scholars say it is haram to consume and also impure to touch. If we go to a place that serves alcohol will the table or other places be regarded as impure. Please shed some light.
Answer
Alcohol is haraam and impure.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
