Question
Is it permissable for a woman to allow another female (non-muslim/muslim) to wax her hands and legs?
Answer
The satr areas are also satr for women to women. Hence it is not permissible for other women to see her satr areas.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
