Consent of the parents in nikaah
Question
I am a sixteen year old boy. Can I perform nikaah to a sixteen year old girl?
Answer
If after consulting the parents of the girl, they are happy to get their daughter married to you, then you may marry her.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
