Being intimate with one's wife during haidh
Question
We know that sexual intercourse is haram when wife is in menstrual period but can husband masturbate his wife during menstrual period if the wife agrees and reaches orgasm?
Answer
During menses it is impermissible for the husband to touch any part of the wife’s body between the navel and knee without any covering.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
