Sunnah method of dua after Salaah
Question
Is it permissible for a muqtadi to offer dua after jumma namaaz instead of the Imam? Please advise.
Answer
The sunnah method of Duaa after fardh salaah is that each person should make a silent Duaa individually. This was the general practice in the time of Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
