Swallowing a food particle in Salaah

If a food particle is stuck in my throat, and I swallow it while in salaah. Is my salaah and wudhu broken? If a food particle is stuck in my throat, and I do NOT swallow it while in salaah. Is my salaah and wudhu broken?
