Is it permissible for an unmarried woman to shave her head to help it grow back healthier/stronger?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is not permissible for women to shave their head. There are alternatives besides shaving to grow the hair and make it healthier.[1]
