Cloth Touching The Face While In Ihraam
Question
Once when it was windy, the Ihram cloth blew on my face for a couple of seconds. My wife was wearing a cap, but her scarf also blew on her face 2/3 times for a few seconds and she pushed it back. Do we need to give penalty?
Answer
There will be no penalty in this case .

وأطلق في التغطية فانصرفت إلى الكامل، وهو ما يغطي به عادة كالقلنسوة والعمامة فخرج ما لا يغطى به عادة كالطست والإجانة والعدل فلا شيء عليه، وعلى هذا يفرع ما في الظهيرية ما لو دخل المحرم تحت ستر الكعبة فإن كان يصيب وجهه ورأسه فهو مكروه لا شيء عليه، وإلا فلا بأس به

لأن الكفارة إنما تجب حالة الذکر والاختيار، لوجود الارتفاق الكامل
