Clothes touching the face in ihraam
Question
If a woman is in the state of ihraam, and while removing her clothes, they touch her face, will damm or sadaqah be waajib?
Answer
Neither damm nor sadaqah will be waajib. Sadaqah will only be waajib in the case where one wears a cloth on the face in the state of ihraam. Since this is not regarded as wearing the cloth on the face, sadaqah will not be waajib.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
