Investing Money Left For Safekeeping
Question
A family member has left a large sum of money with me for safe keeping.
No conditions were made except that when needed the money has to be returned.
Can I invest this money and benefit from the returns?
Answer
It will not be permissible for you to invest in this money or benefit from it in any way.
